Includes PGx test, up to 90-minutes of genetic and drug analysis by Dr. Qualls and a 30-minute virtual consult to discuss results.  A professional medication note and PGx test results will be given to you and up to 3 providers of your choice.

Silver Access Package

Everything from the comprehensive package is included PLUS an option for 2 added 20-minute consults for any new medication concerns, within 90 days of the initial consult date.  Consults must be for same patient.  Updated notes will be provided.
